For the best online experience, we recommend connecting your Xbox using a wired Ethernet connection whenever possible. Wired connections typically provide more consistent latency, lower packet loss, and fewer disconnects than Wi‑Fi. If you are troubleshooting multiplayer, voice chat, streaming, or connection-quality issues, please test using a wired connection before investigating other network settings.
