That’s why we’ve made a multi-year commitment to donate 1% of net revenue from all Gears of War games and merchandise to organizations working to prevent suicide and combat loneliness.

From September 2022 – June 2026, Microsoft will donate 1% of Microsoft’s net proceeds from the sale of eligible Gears of War products and merchandise to support Crisis Text Line and other organizations focused on suicide prevention and combatting loneliness. Microsoft’s net proceeds means gross proceeds minus digital platform fees, digital distribution costs, third party merchandise costs, operations costs, taxes and returns.
